The following changes to arrival information were provided to us. Please see the attached map.
They have reserved 15-20 spots in the parking lot south of the Austin Arts Center, highlighted in PURPLE on the map. This negates the need for the parking passes.
The best entrance to campus is from Broad Street onto Ferris Roadway – see ORANGE on the map.
Also see the library highlighted on map, just behind the parking lot and Austin Arts Center. We will meet at the ORANGE arrow in the front of the lobby around 9:30-9:45am.
Julia suggests bringing the parking pass just in case you happen to park somewhere else on campus. The Event/Location/Sponsor/etc. would be Raether or Watkinson Library. Make sure if you park elsewhere, you have your parking pass (sent in the email on 09/03), printed, filled out, and placed on your car’s dashboard.
